The first hour.
Unpack right away. Live plants do not like sitting in a box.
Plant them. Set each seedling into soil, or a hydroponic system. Handle by the plug, never the leafes.
Water and light. Keep soil moist, or roots in steady contact with your system's water. 12 to 16 hours of light a day.
If something arrives damaged.
Check your seedlings when the box arrives. Anything dead, crushed, or damaged, send a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we credit your account.
